Everything about our stay was extremely positive. We received a warm welcome and all the staff we encountered both at reception and whilst dining were very friendly and engaging. The actual room was very comfortable and every little detail had been considered. The standard of food was very good; we ate in the evening and at breakfast and it was to a very good standard, with a wide choice to choose from. Parking was very good also. All I can say is keep up the good work; the staff are excellent ambassadors for the company. We will return, so that says it all really!

Fantastic hotel. The Room was spacious and well presented. Warm on arrival. Linda and the team looked after me on the whole trip. Would recommend this to everyone. Ideal location as can drive or get a bus ride into the city. Excellent pub next door for meals and are more than happy to book you a table in the restaurant.

Quick check in online. Room was immaculately clean. Modern decor. Restaurant beside hotel welcoming and friendly staff. Nice, homely feel. Compatible prices. Aerial broken on TV. Had to put it back in as it was out on arrival, but the end to put into the TV was broken and TV channels weren't the best. Needs replacing. Very noisy next door due to adjoining doors. Could hear conversations between mother and children word for word. Bit disconcerting knowing we could be heard too. Possible seal needed for in between. Flashing smoke alarm off putting when trying to sleep, but once asleep very comfortable and had a good sleep. Would recommend eye mask, if you are light sleeper Heating system quite noisy and had to switch it off before sleeping too. Bathroom fan sounds like crickets.

Great location & immaculate hotel. I have never stayed in such a spotlessly clean & tidy hotel/room. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, helpful & friendly. The food in the restaurant was good & breakfast was top notch. Fabulous value for money ! Thank U !

Great room very clean, hugh space plenty of room for the whole family, comfy beds. Even the bathroom had plenty space whole could brush our teeth at the same time saving time to start our holiday. Parking easy and pub next door was perfect for freshly cooked breakfast to start our day

Good parking. Friendly efficient reception. Very comfortable rooms with good facilities. Check out excellent. The restaurant next door was very comfortable and warm, service and food were excellent. Very happy and we intend to return during February

Our 5 night stay was excellent in all respects, from the cleanliness and size of our room, to the friendliness of all the staff both in the hotel and in the restaurant. The standard of cleanliness was upheld throughout our stay. We had breakfast every day and dinner 3 evenings . The staff in the restaurant were very pleasant, nothing was too much trouble for them.The breakfast, whatever we chose, was very good. We had good value for money and would recommend The Melville Inn.
